Stockshed is a UK distributor, stockist and customer service provider of Swiss designed Sontex Superstatic heat & cooling energy meters.

We hold extensive UK stock of Superstatic 789,  Superstatic 749 and Superstatic 440 / Supercal 531 heat & cooling energy meters, spares and accessories for both domestic and international enquiries.

Sontex heat meters are class II, MID approved in accordance with EN1434 and suitable for RHI (Renewable Heat Incentive) applications. Energy meter sizes range from 1/2" BSP threaded to DN500 flanged connection with nominal flow Qp 0.6 to 1500 m3/hr.

The Sontex Superstatic meters are available in either battery or mains powered versions and are unique, using a static measurement principle without moving parts. The fluidic oscillator principle used, where only the liquid flowing through moves, guarantees the precision and stability of measurements for reliable flow and energy readings. All heat meters can also be used as cooling meters, mounted either horizontally or vertically. Superstatic heat meters also work perfectly if the water is dirty or if magnetite deposits build up in the pipes. The fluidic oscillator principle was developed by NASA and refined by Sontex in Switzerland for measurement purposes.
